Does anyone make a set of mechanical triggers pull/pull for a 692 Gold E, I have at times, the second shot doesn't go off, in factory or reloads.

1st of all, I think you meant to write "682 Gold E"? If so, here's what I did to mine.

Each year during the winter months I send my 682 Gold E to Cole's Guns of Maine (website listed above) for annual service and check up. At that time I had them convert the triggers from inertia to mechanical. If my memory serves me correctly, the cost was $125.00. This was 3 years ago and 20,000 doubles targets later and they're still working fine.

I mentioned Coles as they are reputable, do excellent work at a fair price and great to deal with.
