    was good here in rochester ny until about half covered, then the clouds came back and it started spitting snow,,,,was pretty cool while it lasted though, hoping it clears up shortly so I can see it again.

    Any advice on moving the clouds out of the way? Since they rolled in the view is getting lousy. I am on the west coast??

    It's passed totality and has about 1/4 lit up again. We were lucky that the rain clouds lifted. The moon was already starting to eclipse when it got above the horizon here.
