Shyda's or QRP should be able to help you for parts.

Early last year I talked to Alan at QRP. At that time they had become the distributor for the USA for Beomat. He told me GMV was no longer building machines and they were neogiating with GMV to purchase the production rights ect. and if successful they planned to resume production in the United States.

I haven't talked to him since but I hope he is successful in his attempt.

I wish QRP or Shyda would consider taking over the production here in the USA . There are a lot of Super Stars in operation thru out the country . I really like them .

Here is the e-mail I received from GMV.This was sent from Peter Gustafson from
    GMV.

We are not out of business. We have parts and service for Gmv Superstar machines worldwide. We do not have dealers in USA .

Please contact me when you need parts or have problems with your machines.
Thanks all for your input and help.

I just had a transformer go bad in one of our Super Stars (we have 4). I called Alan at Qrp for the part and was told the part was no longer available, however, they had a replacement part available that they had made up themselves. Works perfectly after a few minor modifications in fitting it into the box..... Shydas and QRP were both GMV dealers, so a phone call to either should tell you the answer you need to know. I'm relatively certain that, if the GMV's were still available, they would still be selling them... Dan Thome (Trap2)
