This shoot had its ups & down. On the downside, when we turned on the traps Sunday morning, our east trap was not working, even though it was just fine the day before. After about an hour, it was determined that a PAT switch went bad. We went to a two trap program. But as I mentioned on another thread, Jack Miller (X-Line Gun Club) came to our rescue. He drove back to his club to get the parts we needed, just in time for the handicap utilizing three traps.

On the upside, one of our own, Tom Strabavy, ran the Singles event. I hear that he has been trying for 13 years. There were three 99s on his heels (Tom Antczak, Bill Mager, Butch Thompson).

Tom Strabavy continued into the handicap with a 95, earning a 1/2 yard punch. But Tom wasn't done. He shot a 96 in the doubles, out-pacing everyone with a HOA of 291.
