Quite a change from last year so far, 3- 27 yarders and 4- short yardage. Should make for an interesting shootout.
Well today's the big day, the last 3 qualifiers get in. My personal pick for the winner is whoever wins today's handicap. I think it's a big advantage to come out of the GAH on top after shooting the best score, or winning the shootoff and going right into the $100K shootout.
I won't be able to update this list with the final 3 today, we are taking our grandson to see Blue Man Group later. Last year we had several posters that kept us updated on the progress of the shootout as it happened. It was very exciting, and I would ask that some of this years attendees would keep us updated on this thread as it happens. If the shootout will be streamed by RJ Stuart, or anyone knows a better way to get the updates please post here for everyone's benefit. Thanks, Harv.

I understand this years shoot off will be on TV using flash targets. Nothing to do with flash mobs. LOL

Unless those short yardage shooters are from Kentucky, they best stock up on their "Depends".

The shootoff is Saturday, but at what time? Is this done in front of the grandstands where you can watch everyone?

Right after the GAH shootoff, if necessary. In front of the grandstands.

Looks like another 100 today from short yardage. We'll see if it holds up for #6.

I doubt it will be televised in real time, or even within 5 days of the event.

As Shooting U.S.A. is a cable channel, very few people will see it, outside those interested in shooting sports having cable.

Today I shot on the bank where the shootoff will be and the tv crew was testing their camera angles. It was Shooting USA and they didn't know when it would be on.

Doug, is it being recorded for a later broadcast? I can't imagine it's being shown live, but I wish it was.

I know! Just stating that shooting USA is part of the outdoor channel. I do agree with you that the winner of the GAH today will win the shoot off for the 100k just as Devon Harris did last year.
