1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

It is my understanding that you still need to be a designated "UPS hazerdous material shipper" to ship powder or primers. A private party will not have this classification. Simply marking the box "ORM-D" will not get the job done.

Well I ship loaded shells all the time you have to go down to the hub you can't go to a ups store. So I'm not sure what the diff would be.

Loaded shells fall under a different classification than powder and primers as they are considered "explosives" by the shippers. Loaded shells are not in this same class.

Go down to your local gun store and trade them for something you need. You need a hazmat certificate to ship primers and there is a 22 dollar fee from UPS. If you put them in the mail you can be arrested and enjoy 5 years in a place where you don't get to play with guns.
