Stu doesn't give the serial #, but if the vintage is correct this is one of the high POI bt's. Stu,if you could post the first part of the vin# to confirm this it would be appreciated.

Beautiful set Stu....I have the same exact package in the vault......unfired with the boxes, papers and case, but my barrels are both 34". FAR better quality gun than the current BT's. Good luck with your sale.

    KEEP SMOKIN' EM.... Dave

Stu, nice gun. Question: I don't remember my 1972 BT having that kind/type of firing pin housing? Did they change the style or has this been replaced by someone. It appears to be the kind of work that the Rem 3200's get on firing pin insert assembly. Can shooters of the older BT's confirm? Thanks...very tempting BT.

Rifle guy, that is for the auto ejector. The new models do not have that feature.
