1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Funny how the old Focals (K-Mart) I gave my Dad back in the '70s are clearer than the so-called Nikons I bought last year off of Sportsmans Guide. No comparison. The focals are Japanese, and the Nikons are Chicom.

Swaros are not either of the cheap made chinese or japanese glass. Once someone owns Swaros they never go back to the cheap stuff. And Swaros have a warranty that is the best in the world. Nothing better than Swaro glass.

I have 10X40 Habicht rubber armoured Swaros that are probably 25 years old. None better and as said above, factory service is great if you ever should need it.

I paid almost that much when I originally bought mine!

I have a pair of 8.5 X 42 EL's and I have owned SLC's also. As said above, once you use them for a day in the field you will never use cheap glass again. They are the best and can make a huge difference when in the mountains looking for that one animal.

I have a pair of 10X EL's. Awesome glass, and they really show off in the first and last 15 minutes. Other stuff can come close, but they aren't Swaro's.
