1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

I can get these for $114 per thousand, sometime this fall! (MAYBE)

If you want those bullets in your hands NOW, you know what to do.

I hope the seller does NOT choke.

As a dealer, right now I am thankful I am a "kitchen table" FFL. If I had a B&M business, I would already be in bankruptcy. I can't find this stuff, and chances are, those $132 per K bullets are long gone.

I don't want to get into a shouting match on the web, but if someone wants what I have to sale, at a price I'm offering, It's all good. If the price is too high, I'll need to lower it. If I get a lower offer, I can say yes or no. But someone wanting another to "choke on it" does not understand demand and supply.

There was a guy in our local paper trying to get $120.00 per brick for 22 rimfire ammo.

The ad is gone now but I bet he didn't sell them. Probably needs to change his phone number too.

I am with 5 stand on this. They will sell or not. Anyone who needs bullets knows the cost. As far as 'hoarding' goes...he may get stuck with them.

    Give it a break...

    Dear Bob

I don't have a problem. Can't buy those bullets anywhere, and I have more sources than most. I KNOW I have more sources than a non-dealer.

Hoping the seller chokes is a pretty childish thing for anyone to say, even on the Internet. LOL

All of my 55 gr bullets are now sold (12,000 average price $165/k), thanks to everyone who purchased and/or showed support for the free market.

If anyone needs anything, I have bullets coming in on a daily basis.

Just today I received 75 gr hornady 223 match bullets, I ordered them the first week of January 2013 from cabelas @$17.99/ 100. Got 69 gr hornady within 2 weeks after ordering for just a little less then that. Got 5k of 62 grain green tip and tracer that are pull downs in very good shape for $140/1000. Shipping was free for the 62 gr, and 5 bucks flat for the 69 gr and 75 grain.

Just unable to get the 77 grain Sierra to duplicate the Mk 282 round. Was laughed at at two of the places I called!

I was fortunate to buy 25 k of 55 gr when it was $60.00/1000 shipped so I'm good on that.

I have sold brass recently for $180/1000, what I used to pay for 1000 rounds of factory 55 gr!

I hate to say it, but I think it is going to get far worse before its going to get better... I hope EVERYONE can say to me I told you so. I would gladly eat those words... IMHO opinion I think we are gonna see severe restrictions in our 2nd amendment rights! There is just a mass Antigun hysteria unlike I've ever seen. They aren't going to give up... Rick Gibbs
