1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

    Beautiful guns.

The 1st and the 3rd would make me a felon in New Jersey.

The 2nd is Jersey legal, but it takes 3 to 6 months to get a permit to buy a handgun even if you have already passed the permit process before.

Guess I'll just have to buy another shotgun.

    Bushmaster 1313,

Does your sign on name mean you are already a felon in NJ?
Just teasing. Move to Maine and be free.

    Good question.

    I am not a felon.

A Bushmaster can be legal in New Jersey if it has less than two of the assault weapon attributes. (i.e. flash suppressor, folding stock, pistol grip, grenade launcher, and of course, the dreaded bayonet lug!) Magazines are legal up to 15.

I am very careful to obey all the laws. I even stay away from compensators for fear that they might be confused with a flash suppressor and I will not get a 15 round magazine for fear someone might be able to cram in a 16th.

You used the word fear twice in your post. So much for a "free" country.

I am also afraid to apply for a CCW permit because it would be denied as a matter of course and then I would need a court order each time I applied to get a permit to purchase a handgun

This has in my opinion a very real chilling effect on my Constitutional right to keep and bear arms or even to bring a test case to overturn New Jersey's shall not issue policy

The flash-supressed folding stock attacks are the worst.

Seriously, how much does the S&W weigh unloaded?

    thanks

That 952 is one fine target pistol, if Skybuster is on I'll bet he will agree.

    952 looks awesome.

A bit impractical for CCW :)

But with that weight and 9 mm it must be an absolute joy to shoot!

    Mark,

Got a nice IAB C-300 Combo (32 - 34)with an extra factory inletted stock and forend that's looking for a trade home. Also just received spare strikers and springs as well as sear sets (upper and lower). Just got great reproductions of the big catalog showing all the late 70s production models. Good Stuff. Let me know what you need.

    Regards,

    Mike Mann
