1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.
  2. Attention: We have put together a thread with tips and a tutorial video to help with using the new software. Please take a moment to check out the thread here: Trapshooters.com Tutorial & Help Video.

Just wondering - on that 30" trap barrel...is it fixed Improved Mod? If so would you be willing to separate it?

    Thanks :)

Pete is a close family friend and he has been helping us sell my Father’s guns. He is away this week at a shoot to benefit wounded warriors and won’t have internet access. I will monitor the site and answer questions the best I can. The first question I received was is this a trap gun that my Father bought another field barrel or a field gun that my Father bought an additional trap barrel. I have no idea.
The second question is on the chokes. Both barrels are fixed chokes. Pete would know for sure what type choke. I can tell you that the trap barrel has one * and the field barrel has two **. Hopefully that helps!

I just got a PM on the BPS. Since it has a standard buttstock and not a Monte Carlo buttstock, it is a Field/Hunting model with an extra 30” Trap barrel. The sender informed me the Trap barrel is hard to find.

BUT why would a field/Hunting grade gun have a magazine cut off switch?

    Just wondering?

Was interested a whil back and thought it was sold.

I think the reason would be to switch the shell that was in the chamber without having to involve the one in the magazine, like when you are teal shootin and a goose comes by!!
