1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For sale is a near perfect set of Browning Citori 12 ga O/U barrels, 30 inches long.
These barrels came off a Browning Citori 425 Sporting. It includes the matching checkered Schnabel forend with silver nitride on the forearm iron and on the bottom of the barrel lugs. The barrels are vented and factory ported. It has the wide tapered rib with front and mid beads. It is factory backbored and includes two browning invector plus choke tubes (F & Mod). Tne bores have a mirror finish with 2 3/4" chambers with top and bottom ejectors.
It was purchased last year from this site and fit right on my Browning XT like it was made for it. I cannot guarantee it will fit your citori. $800 shipped to lower 48. Thanks for looking. PM for my email or phone number. Bob

I have a 1977 Citori Skeet. '77 was a one year only production which has made it hard to get wood for. I wonder if the barrel to action connections are standard in all Citoris. In other words, would these barrels fit on my 1977 action? Thanks for any input.

Jon, I called MGW. You have a Type 1 and this is for a Type 3. These barrels will not fit your action. They said the Type 2 & 3 will interchange. Sorry. Bob

More info can be found on MGW's web site. See link above.

It is my understanding that all the 12ga Citori frames and barrels will match up from 1978 and on. As to how well it fits, no one can say without trying it out. Forearms vary depending on short or long. (2 or 3 hole). This is a 2 hole barrel and forearm. Some of the target guns like skeet, came with 3 hole forearms and barrels (barrel lug further out on the lower barrel.) The big difference in your 325 and these barrels is yours came with invector chokes. This one come standard with invector plus chokes. The part that goes into the reciever should fit.
If still in doupt, contact MGW in Missouri. They will be able to tell you more. Bob

josephs, I sent you a PM. Send me a PM with your SN and I will go on MGW site and look up the date of your Browning. You can also use the link provided on one of the responses above to check it also. Acording to the MGW site, the type 2 and type 3 parts interchange. Bob

Joe, your shotgun was manufactured in 1994.

There is no way I can tell you that my barrels will go onto your reciever and fit perfect.

I can only tell you that the barrels and reciever of both shotguns were manufactured to the same specs. Manufacturing tolerances can mean that these barrels may require fitting to your reciever, or they may not.

    Regards, Bob
