1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Cleaning out some of my fathers stuff and came across 150 lbs of #2 lead shot. He said he was going to load it for hunting but never did.

I'm pretty sure I can ship 2 bags per USPS Flat Rate box. :)

It is Winchester Brand and looks to be 25 years old or so would be my guess.

Asking $ 30 per bag plus shipping. Located in Southern California.

$40.00 per bag, r u sincere? New shot is only going for less than $35.00 per bag.

Gamaliel has lead shot for $ 39.95 so that is what I based it on.

Balsitic Products has this exact item for $ 56.

And try and find #2 lead shot. And I'm open to offers.

The reason you can't find #2 lead is because it was for goose hunting before the steel shot laws. It's not scarce because there has been a run on it.

Warp, 40 bucks is a good price--stay there. If I hadn't purchased 200 lbs a few years ago I'd buy it--same stuff--it's real good shot. Good luck! Phil Simms

Your price is more then fair. The 2's that are out there are junk. Ballistsics sells remington 2's which are worse hen having no 2's at all. They are so soft that a 1 1/4 load of Winchester shot like you have will put more pellets in a 30 inch circle at 50 yards then a 1 5/8 load of the remington. many of us have uses for lead 2's. They will not sit around for ever. Jeff

    Thanks guys.

My dad bought a bunch of stuff to load hunting shells with but just never did. He turns 80 today and at his house on Sun, gave me a whole bunch of stuff. Some nickel plated & copper plated stuff too I just have not sorted it out yet. A NIB MEC 8567 press along with an unopened 15# keg of Herco. Not sure what i will keep and what I will sell.

15 pound keg of Herco? That must be 30 years old. Jeff

Warp, Your dad probably hunted Wister for snow geese back in the day????? It was quite good back in the 70's. I guided there for many years before going up north to Sacramento and eventually hanging it up for more lucrative work.

Not much bird hunting here in Colorado so we don't use much anymore. Don't like steel shot but it works ok over decoys. Phil Simms
