1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

What are the letters in the serial no.,,,I shoot an older one and it is a flatter shooter than some others.

This Gun was made before Browning re-standardized its serial number identification.

This gun shoots pretty flat, 60/40 for me.

This may be a dumb question, but since I don't know the answer I'll ask it anyway.

Is it possible to have the barrel threaded so chokes could be used and tighten it up, or has too much material been removed already from the previous work to do that?

.023 seems way to open to me, but I am somewhat new to this sport. I shoot a full that measures about .036 and do well with that.

I think choke tubes are an issue for this gun because of the .725 bore.

That would be a question for Briley or other choke maker.

The .023 choke puts it between mod - imp mod. It gives good hard breaks to 23 yards. It is a singles, short yard handicap gun.

Backboring would tighten the choke on this gun.
