1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Put a nice wool Ascot hat on the young lad, and I would have thought you where talking French Brittany pups, with a British lad youngster. Especially with the nice jacket attire. LOL

I dont think a hat would fit on top of the hair- it might ruin his self identity

I had a Brit naval Captain in my study group at the NATO War College-- I was forced into writing all of our group projects for the 14 person cohort

The Brit would go and change all my spellings- after having contributed nothing to the British vs American version- if there was a difference.

He was married to a nice French Lady- it improved him for certain

    Regards from Iowa

    The smallest pointing breed

My smallest female still easily retrieves large bird

Funny thing is small dogs- these go from 29-40 pounds

    Eat a lot less

    And

    Expel a lot less

    Regards from Iowa

Gene great looking pups. Would love one but my wife can't get over having to put down our female last Jan. I went from 2 to zero in in 12 months.

Don, my friend, you need one of these lil guys! I was in that same situation losing two in a very short time span also. I sneaked Gidget home with all the necessary puppy paraphernalia disregarding my prior warnings. Best decision I've made for finding even more love! Great little bird finding machines and great buddies too!

Hap, in my 45 yrs of martial bliss I have determined that when it comes to dogs and cars it is often better to ask for forgiveness rather than permission. I have 4 Brits as we speak and would highly recommend them as bird dogs. And, Gene is right they are small but they can and do perform with any other pointing breed.

Ernie, I agree with you!! I can slip a gun into the home but it's kinda hard to slip in a puppy! Better as you say to ask for forgiveness than be without a buddy?? :)

There is a theory with this breed that at exactly at 6 months they will be proportioned as they will be when an adult

This one is looking pretty good

    Regards from Iowa
