I'm guessing I have about 4K of these wads. They are too short for any of the recipes I use. They are very short with a 1-1/8 oz cup. Free if you pay shipping, JRM

According to "Handloader" magazine #37 (1972), the RPA 12 wad is the same as the Remington W23694 wad. The shot cup is the same as the RXP wad at .785 in, but the overall length is only 1.410. (The RXP wad is shown as 1.595.) Looking in my Lyman Shotshell reload Manual #1, I see loads using 700X, PB, and SR7625, but all are 1 1/4 oz loads. You'll have to use a filler if you only want to throw 1 1/8 oz.

Perfect if you use PB powder.
