Fred attended the big Lakeland, Florida gun show last weekend. He even had a table. He walked around and made a short speech in support of gun owners. He wants our vote and he says the right things.....we'll see. - Brad

Is this the same Fred Thompson that voted anti gun in his previous life in politics? They all say the right things (except Rudy) when they want votes. Look at the record.

    "Devil's Advocate"

Where has Thompson voted "anti gun"? He served one term in the Senate, does not support the Brady Bill, does not support the AW ban, nor other gun or amo grabbing proposals.

He has stated plainly he supports the Second Amendment and has been a regularly appearing trapshooting participant at the Louise Mandrell Celebrity Shoots alongside Tom Selleck for over ten years.

Would you prefer Rudy "Ban-uliani", Tom "McCan't" - (endorse a candidate 60-days before an election), Mitt "Rob-ney" (Robbed Mass. gun rights), or maybe you believe the "moderate" democrats will just leave us and our guns alone?

I love people who get on a post like this, make a statement (DeviL'SAdvOCate) which has no validity and expect all to believe it. Thanks stevel-ct for setting the record straight.

    Fred will get my vote.
