    John,
In our state it would be loaded with Brookies.Thats a good size fish to catch and relaese (8--12")!!!!!!!!.Our state stocks them because their easier to catch for the opening day anglers.(Brookies )

The Trout 12" and under are better eat'n than the larger ones. Same goes for Bass and many other fish.

John, that's a nice thing to have so close. What's the biggest brown you know of that's been caught and released?

    John,

Im envious of you .We dont have many streams with native fish of that caliber in Connecticut.I have a place up in the mountians in Maine and thats a little different story there.Like to fish the streams that go into the big lakes and in the fall the Landlock Salmon spawn and go up stream !!!!!!!.Thats fun to see those things swim by under foot with a Fly Rod .

buzz--Beautiful but a pain in the ass. I'd rather have snow than ice anyday. You just can't do anything with that stuff. Almost the exact same view but with snow this year around Christmas. Much better to deal with......Matt
