The Hon. John Roberts, Chief Justice scheduled to hear case regarding Obama’s forged IDs in conference before the
    Full Supreme Court

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, the Hon. John Roberts heard the case brought by attorney Orly Taitz on February 15, 2013 dealing with Barack Hussein Obama’s use of forged IDs before the United States Full Supreme Court but in an unprecedented move made the hearing a "closed door" session.

A Congressional Petition has been posted online to replace the one the administration removed from WhiteHouse.gov when it had met the required 25,000 votes and the administration raised the required votes from 25,000 to 100,000. Had the petition not been removed, it would have reached the 100,000+ by morning.

The birther case became less a source of entertainment when New York Times best-selling author Jerome Corsi suggested that the president's nominee to head the Central Intelligence Agency, John Brennan, may have played a role in removing birther evidence from Barack Obama's passport records.

It appears that in 2008, a State Department insider was simultaneously employed by Analysis Corporation of McLean, Va. (then headed by Mr. Brennan) and was reprimanded for accessing (and possibly altering) Obama's passport records.

It is likely that the overwhelming information coming from credible parties could no longer be ignored and it might be the reason behind the decision by the Hon. Chief Justice John Roberts to grant Taitz a full Supreme Court Conference on February 15, 2013. In a surprising unprecedented move, the Supreme Court closed the doors to the public and heard Orly Taitz in a closed door hearing yesterday.

The case was titled Noonan, Judd, MacLeran, Taitz v Bowen provided a mountain of evidence of Barack Obama using a last name that is not legally his, a forged Selective Service application, forged long form and short form birth certificates and a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 which was never assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS.

Additionally, thd case provided evidence of around one and a half million invalid voter registrations in the state of California alone. We must not forget that Richard Nixon was also reelected and sworn in, but later forced to resign as a result of Watergate.

We cannot forget that over 30 high ranking officials of Nixon administration including Attorney General of the United States and White House Counsel were indicted, convicted and subsequently wound up in prison. According to Orly Taitz, Obama Forgery gate is a hundred times bigger then Watergate.

More corrupt high ranking officials, US Attorneys, AGs and judges were complicit, committed high treason by allowing a citizen of Indonesia and possibly still a citizen of Kenya Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barack (Barry) Soebarkah, aka Barack (Barry) Soetoro to usurp the U.S. Presidency by use of forged IDs and a stolen Social security number SCOTUS printout is below.

We await the February 15, 2013 Supreme Court's ruling. The hearing was held in an unprecedented "closed door" session.

We cannot forget that when Nixon was president this country still retained a vestige of moral understanding, and even Nixon was swayed by it at the end. Today we have a nation nearly bereft of moral compass and a president who rejects the morality of the Nixon era universally.

The offences charged of forgery of passports and draft cards certainly rise to the level of "high crimes and misdemeanors" but they were committed BEFORE he was elected. Would they still pertain in terms of impeachment or would they merely be attached to Obama so that we would have a criminal who would still be president? You know that he will not resign even if found guilty but was not impeached.

Perhaps Roberts will find a way to save Obama as he saved Obamacare. This Chief Justice cannot be counted on to do the proper thing. In the case of his vote on Obamacare, he denied that the Court should (not could)allow the voters to make their choice. The fact of the matter was that the Court (Roberts) abandoned its responsibility to judge whether or not the law conformed with the tenets of the Constitution. This was and is a major dereliction of the Court's assumption of the power to make such judgements under Marbury vs Madison.

Even if convicted, Hillary will pardon him when she wins the next election while running against another weak Republican candidate. I sure hope the GOP gets it's act together in the next 2 1/2 years or so...

There will never be another Republican President.

As long as we know it's always going to be a democrat...what's the difference?

(What, you want a distinguished, constitutionally-unassailable democrat running things?)

No...I say, go ahead and make it a f=cking joke. When people wonder why Milk is $164 a gallon, they'll look back, see the room-service bills from the Waldorf-Astoria and know exactly where the turning point was.

There is plenty of hope as long as the Republicans put up a younger, conservative candidate that speaks to those under 50. Two Presidential election cycles and we have seen young people turn out and vote in record numbers since the late 60's and early 70's.

I voted for Romney because he was still better than Obama and I was not going to waste a vote on a no name third party candidate. However with that being said the GOP in general has got to focus on issues other than abortion and the prevention of gay marriage.

The GOP needs to start communicating like the rest of the 21 century to get their message out, that doesn't mean giving interviews on terrestrial radio shows or Fox News.

The young voters these days do not watch news, they get their news from twitter feeds etc. Look at this last election the amount of BS spewed to the young through 'modern' media compared to what the GOP put out in the same mediums!

The conservative message not only is not getting to a major voting block, the message itself is screwed up!

I am against abortion and I am against gay "marriage," but that is not the governments place. The abortion laws on the books suck, but they don't need to become more restrictive. That is between GOD and those in question. If gays want to marry, let them marry.

Yes, that is scratching the surface, the GOP has to get it's act together if they stand to win a future presidential election.

Nothing like Murdock here in Indiana blowing an election with his remarks regarding abortion!

The Democrats love to trick Republicans into opening their primarily, old, white mouths and nothing beneficial comes from that... The Democrats are the perfect trolls, their casts and bait selection are flawless.

People on public assistance by themselves did not get Obama elected again, young people, and female voters had a major part in getting Obama elected again.

    noknock1,

Let me use a comment you made to illustrate a point about what government should and shouldn't be involved in. Let me re-word a statement you made for my example:

"I am against murder and I am against prostitution, but that is not the governments place. The murder laws on the books suck, but they don't need to become more restrictive. That is between GOD and those in question. If people want to have sex, let them see a prostitute."

There are many who would already agree with the second part of my example, but think the first could never happen. This world and this nation have been softening Biblical moral law for centuries, and things keep getting worse and worse. We can't keep going in this direction. If we do, eventually murder will be considered someone else's "right to choose" and culture will become total anarchy. You can claim I am being extreme, but 100 years ago no moral person would have dreamed that abortion or homosexual marriage could ever be legalized, but yet they have been.

While this quote is correct it also two of the bigger groups of people that have been harmed the most by Hussein's policies of socialism and redistribution.Unemployment of these two groups is staggering yet they were not smart enough to want the trend reversed.Hope they suffer terrible for 4 more years. Same for the black community. They should get what they wanted right?

The reality of the last election is that it turn on so many groups. The Catholic vote, the Jewish vote, the union vote, the senior vote, the youth vote, the welfare vote! Each and every one could have swung it in a different direction. The common denominator; Gimmee pigs! Obamacare, Obamaphones,Obamamoney, food stamps, welfare, buyouts, prop ups! AKA, something for nothing!.........................When people realize they can vote themselves gifts; it is the end of the republic.....Thomas Jefferson.

I hope no one actually thought the court would do anything. They know a nation wide race riot would follow if Obama is removed. Ya know....the whole nation would look like Chicago where our POS president came from.
