1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Unfired (proofed only) M1 Garand CMP Special Grade RM1SPECIAL.

    See CMP's description here - http://www.odcmp.com/Sales/rifles.htm

This rifle was bought by me at the CMP North Store in 2007. It is part of the first run of 1000 Special Grades. I am the original and sole owner.

It has an air gauged Wilson barrel. It is in 100% condition and has an excellent stock. It is a Springfield lead dipped receiver SN 148xxxx.

I hand selected the ones I bought for finish. This is the best of the best. Now you can have one without the membership or the long wait.

$1100. Cash only, no trades please. Rifle is located in SE Michigan. I will ship for a small premium. Rifle is C&R eligible.

I don't know much about M1 Garands but this one looks very nice. Considering what semi-auto rifles are selling for these days, i think thats a pretty darn good price too. I like it. Never shot one one but always loved the Military Rifles.

This rifle is chambered in .30 US (30/o6).

It is a "brand new" 65 year old rifle. The Wilson barrels are known for match grade accuracy. If you ever wanted to get involved in High-Power shooting or the matches at Camp Perry, here is your ticket.

FWIW, Tron has seen this rifle in person. He can vouch for it's sexiness.

I qualified with one of those when I was a marine recruit & they are good shooters. I shot a 236 which is pretty good
