1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Yah-ah. Sharger looks to have a "30" Step Rib BBL". I am guessing he is measuring from the end of the bbl to the other end including the part that inserts into the receiver.

Sharger, put a tape on that and meke your point again as to the length of the bbl.

I don't see a step in that rib like you would have present for barrels called "step rib", so that's not an issue.

If the barrel were 30" + the extension, there would be about 33-1/2" OAL.

The 34" type 870/1100 trap or duck/goose are actually about 34-5/8" from rim edge to the muzzle- a real stretch to look across and swing, so you've got to want it- right?

That would be one long gun with a 34" barrel on an 1100 considering a 34" barrel on a break action usually has the same total gun length as an 1100 with a 30" barrel
