I was cranking away on my 9000 Hydraulic when all of sudden when I stepped on the pedal for the next cycle, the pedal would not go down at all. The press and the pump acted in the same way they would if the valve to the cylinder was closed and you stepped on the pedal.
Has this happened to any one before? If so what was the cause and how was it resolved?
I will be calling MEC tomorrow but until then, I am hoping someone can help me resolve the problem tonight.Thanks. JM

Did the hinge pin fall out of the pedal? The pin falling out of one side or hole would cause the pedal to mechanically stick. Did the valve on the cylinder work its way closed? Just a few suggestions.
