Didn't know there where that many Gunsmoke fans on here, been looking 2 hours for this. Cover of Trap and Field December 1958. Caption from inside: This past summer, shortly before being hospitalized for a back operation involving a spinal fusion, Tom Frye, West Coast Remington-Peters pro, gave an exhibition of shooting on the movie lot where the CBS-TV story GUNSMOKE was being filmed. Tom is shown with the stars of the story, Marshall Matt Dillion and his deputy Chester. They were both being introduced to scattergun target shooting and may take up trapshooting seriously.

I grew up watching Gunsmoke, and still try to catch the reruns. Thanks for sharing this.
