Ok so i need to lose some weight, and I've been eating more salad, yesterday I pick up some of this Dole's for lack of a better term, salad in a bag. I bought it got it home, and meant to unload it but got into other things around house. About an hour later I remembered it and got it out and put it in the refrigerator. My question should it still be good to eat safely, it was about 55 degrees air temp. and the car the salad was in was in a non-climate controlled garage. I'm just trying to lose some weight....Thanks everybody

As stated above, if it ain't wilted it will be fine. WASH it thoroughly before eating.

If there was no creamy dressing on it should be fine. When I was in kindergarten I weighed 140lbs. All my life I have be fat except for when I played baseball and then when I got drafted in the Army.

I have been on every diet imaginable and none work if you do not change your eating habits. When I got Cancer I baffled even my doctors as I gained 9 lbs after Cancer surgery even when my stomach was actually shut down.

I was eating Big Macs with both hands as I was so fricken starved. In 30 days in the hospital 9 lbs. The doctor said I've been a doctor since 1938 and I have never seen or heard any thing like this. He was considering putting me in some medical magazine as some freak of nature.

I have lost and gained the same 100lbs for years. Here is what I have learned. Eat regular food even sweets. Cut down your serving size in half and even use a smaller plate. Exercise or walk or run after every meal.

I lost 100lbs doing this and then got sick of it and in 3 months after all that hard work I gained most of it back. Biggest advice, doctors and dieticians do not know a thing on what it means to be fat. All they do is look down at you and think your mentally weak.

I love to eat, and when I finally got off my diet my son said that I had sparks flying off my knife and fork.

Good luck to you, as I have not been able to keep any weight that I ever lost off permanently. Last suggestion, locate a former fata-- that has been able to keep the weight off. There are very few of them.
