I found in my refrigrator freezer last night some hamburgers I grilled on my Forman back in September 9/26 to be exact. They have been frozen since.

My question I am kind of germaphobic, they should be alright to eat right?

They do not "germinate" rather they tend to dry out. the key is to defrost them in the fridge slowly at fridge temp, then unwrap them, put a bit of oil on them and hit them wiht med-high heat in afry pan for a short burst. Only long enough to singe the outside bu tleave the middle a touch cool. If you blast them all the way thru they will get tough.

Life's too short to eat burgers you grilled three months ago. Nuke them for the dog.

I bid $5.00 on the burgers if you include free shipping with a three day inspection.

    Pics please.

There were once some guys that belonged to the Safari Club in London. Well, a frozen Mastadon was discovered (10,000 years old?). They cooked and ate part of it. One fellow said it was not very tasty.........Enjoy
