Where is the damn global warming? I've had a fire in the fireplace for the last 2 weeks straight. Never have I burned this much wood, this early. It's going to be a long winter.

Had our first frost on October 1st here in Idaho. That was the end of the tomato season. It was 75 here yesterday though. It's been a strange October here.

The first Tenn frost was likely from the Titans football fans as the team returned home from an ass whooping in Foxboro.....lol

We had our 1st frost and freeze and snow 1st week of October. Lasted for over a week here in Minnesota. All growing came to a freezing stop. Lucky yours was late. Yes buring lots of wood and Natural gas. Energy companies got to love it.

We had a big frost the past 3 days here in North Georgia. The leaves are still about 2 weeks away from peaking but looks like they will be pretty.
