First Bad Ebay: NorthValleyTruck Sales

    Perhaps you didn't notice any northvalleytrucks advertising disparity, e.g., that

    "<a href='http://www.northvalleytrucks.com/webtemplate.aspx?IID=60859'>We are Square trade verified and a fully licensed and bonded dealer here in Arizona and have 100% Positive feedback here on Ebay.</a>

    when <a href='http://www.toolhaus.org/cgi-bin/negs?User=northvalleytrucks'>northvalleytrucks</a> feedback was not 100% positive as of Jul-22-06.

    Good luck with the BBB -- I'm sure they'll be interested where the auction listing said that the part was not a <i>stock part</i> (which appears to be your complaint since you don't state the part doesn't otherwise meet the auction description)!


    PS: Hopefully you understand that if a buyer caves in and <a href='http://www.toolhaus.org/cgi-bin/negs?User=k9i449&Dirn=Left+by'>mutually agreed to withdraw feedback</a> after a <a href='http://www.toolhaus.org/cgi-bin/negs?User=k9i449&Dirn=Received+by'>previous seller used retaliatory feedback (5 hrs!)</a>, it's not likely a future seller is going to step up without pressure from someone other than the buyer.
