Tonight I shot my first 25 in a row at Falls Twp Rifle & Pistol Club. It's a great place to shoot at. Many thanks to Ed for his expert advice in helping me get to this high point of my trapshooting hobby. It only took a year or so of shooting, I hope to get another soon.

Funny how that works. After my first 25 as a youngster:then I broke my 75 straight by passing 50 many years later. Took longer to get a 100. I am sure you will do better than I did and a lot sooner. Congratulations of the first of many.

Congratulations! After shooting your first they'll be easy and you will lose track of how many you've shot quickly. Good job! Josh

    Congrats,

It took me months to get my first 25 straight. They don't get easy but you will get better and maybe come to expect them and then be pissed when you miss.

While we're on the subject, what's the world's record for the most straight?

Good shooting, but do not do what I often do after shooting a good score. I get the idea in my head that I finally have the problems solved and can continue to shoot well without working quite so hard. I really don't have to tell you what happens when you get this attitude.

Your next target will always be the most difficult one to break.

Good job. You'll have more 99's than 25's as time goes by.

I think Lobo is using that "new math" again.

See, Lobo, if you had ONE 99, you had to have THREE 25s. So you'll always have THREE 25s for every 99.

But, congratulations to the OP, that's one of the big milestones.

    Bob
