The ATA does not set the prices for your shoots, just the ATA fees. Are your "labor fees" not already figured into your target prices? If not they should be. If it is just registering targets and no trophies, your fees should already be pretty cheap. Not too many shooters are going to want to pay full regular price if there is no return possible. Your fees should be the ATA and state fees plus whatever you want to get per hundred targets. As far as I know, there is no such thing as "penny pincher shoots". A registered shoot is a registered shoot. As long as there are at least 3 shooters you are good to go. You can charge a dime a target or a dollar. Nobodies business but yours and your shooters. John
