When was this? Have loaded Federal 209 and 209A in AA hulls
since 1962 and never had this experience.

Not unless the AA hulls have been fired with Cheddite primers. Since AA began tapering the Win. primer ends, Fed primers should fit even tighter on once fired hulls I'd think? Hap

CCIm will loosen the pockets too. I've regularly interchange Federal and Winchester primers in the same hulls with no problemo!
