1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

I have 4 cases of Federal Gold Medal paper and I am looking for wads to reload these as I shot through them. My plan is to shot 5-station with my Merkel and then reload them for medium velocity/low recoil (and no, I am not getting involved with that other thread) for pheasants in my 1926 vintage LC Smith. If they are still good (the hulls), I will cut them down to 2” or 2 1/ 2” and load them one last time for sweeping doves or flushing quail.

I have found one bag of Federal 12C1’s but I could use 4-5 more. Please email me if you have any you wish to sell.

    We have long winters…………………

Actually, I have a couple of thousand Alcan wads that I play with for 2 2-1/2” 3 tonne English loads. I have made some 7/8 and 1 oz loads that pattern beautifully at 1200 fps.

If your absolute in wanting the 12C1 then try Precision Reloading out of Conn. A couple years ago a large inventory could be found there. Other wads are reliable in these hulls as well.

    From the claybuster website.

    CB3118-12AR (12C1)
For use in 1-1/8 to 1-1/4 oz. trap, skeet, sporting clays or hunting loads. Performs best in straight wall cases such as Federal paper or plastic and Fiocchi.

    Optimum load is 1-1/8 oz.

    I have the Red 8's at $50.00 per case/5000
