Our club is trying every way we can to grow our Wednesday afternoon practice/league/Big 50 crowd and our Registered shoots the 2nd Sat of each month through Oct plus 4th Sat in May and June.

This one's an added bonus to get a few new shooter's to try us out. Where else can you shoot a 50 Bird race, 6 money games and have a nice lunch for $20.00 (plus options/Calcutta).

We'll also throw some random off colored money birds that will pay cash if broken for no extra entry fee.

Swap meet should start by 9:00 A.M. Anything shooting, hunting, fishing, outdoor related is welcome. Shoot the $20.00 program and get lunch free as long as it lasts.

We'll also have a country ham raffle. $1.00 a chance, 3 chances for $2.00, 8 chances for $5.00. You do not have to be present to win.

We'll have free coffe for all by 9:00 AM, Upstairs and downstairs TV's tuned to Derby coverage. Limited Ammo available on site.

If you're a trapshooter and in the Frankfort, Ky area for other Derby events on the first saturday in May (Derby Day), come take a look at our facility.

We're pretty sure you'll want to come back and shoot with us.

Longe range Derby day weather looks good! Whatever that's worth10 days out but we'll be shooting unless it's a washout.

Bought the Clifty Farms Country Ham today. Everyone shooting the $20.00 program of the 50 bird race and 6 gammes gets a free ticket for the county ham raffle.

Looks high 50's and no rain for Derby Day!

Great Derby Day at Franklin Co. Sportsmen's Club. No rain, good shooters, good food, and even a few Swap Meet bargains.

Joe Bibble and Eddie Quire had 49s to lead the pack. 48 took second followed by three 47s and three 46s.

Will and J.W. joined us from Clark Co. The Bond Brothers (Wayne and Tim)and Wade Patterson represented Anderson Co. Long time FCSC member Bob Mauer shot well.

A BIG Thank You to the Trap Committee and all shooters!

Lee didn't mention that HE had that lone 48 in the bird race. Good shooting.

We had 17 in the bird race and 11 games shooters after the 50 bird race. George Kirk won the Clifty Farms country ham raffle! Excellently run and organized shoot!
