For all of you that have been hunting or fishing in Alaska, what is your favorite place? Mine is Talaheim Lodge, you can check them out at www.talaheimlodge.com

I lived in fairbanks for 4 yrs. Any place near the white mountains, seward or sidka is some of the most beautifull places you will ever see.

If you ever get a chance to go to the Wood Tikchick area you will fall in love. I also like the Twin Lakes area but then again I have yet to find a place up here that I don't like.

to bad the "Birdhouse burnt down, one of my girlfriends "Unmentionables" was on the ceiling. Of course there was always the "Kit Kat" or the original "Bush Company" to go to. Those were the days alright. Prince William Sound was one of the prettest areas of the state, along with Kodiak Island.

They do not allow hunting or fishing inside but Humpy's Bar and Grill for dinner, and Gwenny's for big breakfast. Soo good. Had some interesting moments in Shorty's bar back in 69-70. All in Anchorage. Beautiful place.

Coyote you are old if you remember the KitKat club out on the old seward highway. Don't forget the Saltydog saloon in Homer.

The Red Dog Saloon in Juneau was a good watering hole for us Coast Guard guys back in the late 50s. Wonder if it's still there?
