1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

I will post pics asap. But I want $200.00 for it and a working pull trigger with it to make the deal work. I just bought a gun with a release in it and need a pull trigger. Thanks Josh please send email I never check my personal messages. The release functions perfectly, and you can pull it as slow as you want and it will not release. Bluing is about 85% jdlovejoy4@yahoo.com

I'm just curious, I did lots of them when in Colorado from the 60s on to 1999. What part of the country did this come from?? I may have made it if your in the West.

Didn't they pass an ordinance that you are prohibited from putting a release in a model 12 as being against all that is right and proper?

It looks like a Schwab. If it is, the name will be stamped in the back of the hook, just over the mainspring.

Thanks for the heads up, but no markings anywhere. Is the asking price fair or is it unreasonable. I'm not trying to rip anyone off. I just had to pay alot more for the gun because of this damn release. Josh

The pictures are a bit small, but it looks very much like a Bowen that I have here...

It is not a Schwab I have one and it is way different than the one pictured. The price is fair enough IMHO.

    That did help.

It's not like mine, but quite similar. The Bowen that I have uses a pin in the side of the hammer to catch the hook. Also the machining is much cleaner in the Bowen. (nothing personal)

It looks like you really have to hold the set on the trigger, as there isn't much for that hook to grab? I'll bet it lets go right now!

Oldoneeye, is the price fair as you suggest, if the buyer has to give the seller a pull trigger assembly in addition to the $200? I have no opinion, I'm just asking. Thanks.

It looks like a Herb Orre pullor release, by sliding the safety it is either a pull or release.

Not a pull/release. I'm sure it is release only. Thanks Josh
