1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Selling for a friend a Winchester Model 42 serial number 122510 which makes it a 1955 gun. Numbers match on barrel and receiver. Gun has a 26 inch barrel with a Simmons rib. Barrel is choked modified. Gun has undergone a complete restoration and appears to have been fired very little since. The bluing appears to have been done by Simmons and it a very nice, original looking job with lettering still very deep, sharp, and crisp. The only bluing wear is on the action bar where the action has been cycled a couple times. Very nicely figured wood with a 14 1/8 inch LOP over a Winchester butt plate. This gun will be a very nice shooter and action seems to cycle perfectly. Price of the Gun is $2000 shipped within the U.S. Contact me at esetter5@roadrunner.com with any questions you might have.
