1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

    I'm sure you paid more the the $1200 asking price when you purchased this great lens. But, in the interim prices have come down. Same lens, Nikkor 80-200 f2.8 is available online for as little as $808 (new) with fee shipping.

    Potential buyers with a Nikon Digital SLR you'll love this lens in low light situations!

    Internal focusing (IF) and Extra low dispersion (ED) glass - gives high resolution and contrast. Worth the $$'s. John

    Here is a link to a good review of that lens. It seems like a very nice piece of glass for digital photography.

    Sorry to step in but I thought you could save me a lot of time. I have a D100 on a Retinal Camera in the office that will be avaiable to me personally. Can I use my 80-200 (not AF) and my 105 macro (not AF) with it. Thanks for your time.............Rich
