1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Gun and accessories are new accept fired for function [20 rounds]. Asking $1495 plus FedEx charges. I will sell all or part it out if gun sells first. FTF sell desirable in the Prescott, AZ area. Scope in the case is not the scope that comes with the gun. Sorry California not an option. Half the cost to shoot then the .223 round with about same specs. Would consider trade plus cash for a Glock 21/22.

Do any American Ammo Makers load this round or is it only the Russian stuff you can get? What is the advantage of the 5.45? IIRC this is the round the AK74 was made for, it had an air space in the nose of the bullet to make it tumble when it hits something? Bin Ladens favorite the AK74.

    silver.......

You are correct with regards to the nasty hit that the 5.45X39 round makes on impact.

There is no American ammo co. that I know of that is making this round. But, quit a few companys are making the barrel for this round. My MP15 will shoot the .223 round just by changing the upper. But, the .223 round is running at about .50 cents whereas the 5.45X39 is about .19 cents a round. Relatively cheap ammo with about the same specs. The Wolf Bear ammo is Russian but uses standard primers. Clean the gun after using the tin ammo and you will not have a problem with fouling.
