1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

My local gun store has for sale a Remington 1100 DU special edition called "The Chesapeake". It has some gold work and a plate on the left side of the receiver. It is a magnum and has a 30" VR full choked barrel. It has a factory recoil pad. No box is included with the gun. The gun is really nice. It has one mark in the blue on the top of the receiver. The wood has light handling marks and has wonderful figure. The asking price is now $650 plus the exact cost of shipping and insurance. If you want to buy of have questions, call Mike Fisher, owner, at 419-396-7900 or email at houkhardware@myfrontiermail.com. Doug Allison

In the end, it's an 1100 mag with some minor bling. Limited run - but not as limited as say the 870-All American. So yes - I think $800 is too steep - especially without the original box.

I would be willing to go $500 - $600 tops.
As Dbl. Auto stated ..... it is just an 1100 with bling.

I have had commemoratives in the past, and you have to find the right person to pay what the guns are "supposed" to be valued at.
