For sale--Remington 1100 Competition 12g sporting/trap shotgun. Excellent condition. Has 30" overbored barrel (0.735" bore diameter) with 10mm target-style rib with steel mid bead and Ivory front bead. Extended ProBore chokes (SK,IC,LM,M,F). All internal parts and receiver nickel-Teflon finish. The semi-fancy walnut stock has been modified by Greg Hissem to include an adjustable buttplate with Kick-Ez pad to original LOP as well as a four-way adjustable comb which includes all of the wrenches and hardware. I'm even throwing in the shell catcher I tuned to use on this gun for singles and caps. Comes with original box and papers. Email for pics, I have a lot of both the inside and outside. Great gun, hate to sell it but I want an XT. $1,000 to an FFL.

Thanks Gary, it gets looks and praise every time I have it at the range.
Mark, I've put about 5K through it, field strip down to the bare receiver after every couple of hundred rounds, which is basically one afternoon. Just changed the gas piston to the new nickel plated one.
Bottom line has been established yet. I got it for 1050 + 300 for the stock work. Basically I'm writing off the stock work which is only about four months old, and then some.

If it doesnt sell, let me know. I can pick up a new one locally with a factory adjustable comb for 1200 new but without the adjustable butt plate. Ive been looking at the new Browning Silver Lightning for under $1,000 new but they must be sold out on them, i cant find one.

If it is as as Brian states at the original LOP that would = 14.25"

This is a super sweet fantastic deal on this gun. MSRP is $1651 before you add on for the adjustable butt.

Lug, lumper is correct. Greg asked for the entire stock when he modified it, including recoil pad so that he could make the LOP the same. It is 14.25 inches.

If you would be so kind as to post your email I'll email you. It should have worked with the xxx's removed.
