1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

I assume this is 9x18mm Makarov and not .380 ACP (9x17mm)?

Just so you know, a 9 x 18 makarov will shoot 380 safely with just a barrel change-available from gun parts in ny-rick zino

To add to tolipnug's post, the Russians made this auto in both calibers, .380ACP and 9x18 Makarov. The Mak is just a hair stouter than a .380, but there's not much difference. And you can't substitute .380 ammo in a 9x18 chamber. Barrel swapping isn't difficult, but there is a barrel press on the market to assist in making the change. I own two of the things, both 9x18's, and think they're well-made guns. Anybody interested in a .380 auto could do a lot worse than investing in this package from Sportshot. Just my opinion, YMMV.

This looks like a very nice gun. I did not realize the Russians made pistols in .380 ACP. This looks to be near the same size as my Bersa Thunder. I also have a Polish P-64 in 9x18 Makarov. It is better made than my Bersa Thunder (it has a nicer finish too).
