1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

Perazzi TMS for sale. 34" unmolested factory original barrel. 4 choke tubes, .017", .025", .035", and .040". This gun is absolutely like new. Just completely rebuilt by Doug Braker, the "Gun Doctor". Everything in this gun has been replaced with new parts. After gun was rebuilt, it was teflon coated, and the receiver returned to its original condition with the racing stripes down the side. All the choke tubes and the choke tube wrench were tefloned to match the gun. Has not been fired since restoration. Gun has a beautiful Allems release trigger in it. Trigger was built in 1992, fired 25 times, and returned to the gun safe as the previous owner decided he did not like release triggers. Trigger is literally brand new. It has also been teflon coated to match the gun. Stock and forend are in fair condition. Stock has an older Soft Touch unit in it and adjustable comb. I also have the original TMS wood that came with the gun. Stock is in very good shape. Monte carlo stock with no adjustable comb, just as it came from the factory. Not a crack, or split, anywhere. Could use refinishing, but, great as is. Will sell all for $2000.00, shipped to you... Dan Thome (Trap2)

Added info: Several people have asked a couple questions about the gun: It is an Ithaca Import, not Winchester. The receiver is stamped TM-1, not TMS.

    Ed...
Yes, it's the one I got from you some time ago. I sent it to Doug Braker to have it completely restored. Everything in the gun is as new right down to the center and front beads, all original Perazzi. It turned out absolutely beautiful!! The gun is in a Colorado Custom aluminum case that I had Doug Hubbard build just for it. It has the Perazzi logo embroidered in the lid. The case, however, does not come with the gun for this price. The case is an additional $200.00 if you wanted it as well.... Dan

    Dan,

Is the Winchester import the "newer" of the TMS/TM-1 guns? Were there any design changes in the guns imported by Ithaca as opposed to Winchester? The reason I ask is because I saw 2 TM1 guns for sale at a shoot recently and one was an Ithaca and the other a Winchester. The Winchester guns step rib had a slightly higher step on the barrel as opposed to the Ithaca gun. Other than that I couldn't tell much difference.

    Thanks,
    Dave

Dave..... It's my understanding that the Winchester is the older of the two. Winchester imported for Perazzi for just a couple years, then Ithaca took it. As far as the difference between the two, if any, I'm not sure as I have not seen that many TMS guns... Dan

The Ithaca guns have the non-tapered rib as far as I know.

I thought the Winchester guns were after Ithaca.

Rick.... You may be correct. I am not too clear on which came first "the chicken or the egg".... Either way, the TMS is as good as they come from Perazzi, regardless of who imported them, right? Dan
