1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Nice Perazzi MX8 for sale. This is an Ithaca Perazzi and the serial number is 413XX. The barrel, receiver and forend iron numbers all match. The wood numbers do not match the serial number nor does the non-selective, drop out, under/over trigger.

The gun features 32 inch barrels marked 18.4 both barrels and measuring .726 both barrels. The chokes measure .680 in the top barrel giving a .046 constriction, and .695 in the bottom barrel giving you a .031 constriction. The barrels are marked KG 1.680.

The stock dimensions are 1- 7/16 X 1- 7/16 X 1 7/8(monte carlo end) X 15” over a 1 1/8” pad and thin spacer. Gun has a soft top adjustable comb on the monte carlo stock. Weight of the gun is 9 pounds even with better than average Perazzi wood.

I would rate the overall condition of the gun at 93%. The bluing is very nice with a couple of marks at the end of the barrels and light marks on the right side of the receiver. The wood has a few very light handling marks with no cracks, dents, or scratches. Ejectors are strong and well timed and the top lever is still right of center. Overall a nice Perazzi with good shooting dimensions in good working order. Price on the gun was $3900, lowered to $3700 which includes shipping in the continental United States. As always there is a three day inspection period on this gun with the buyer paying the shipping charges if the gun is returned. Contact me at esetter5@roadrunner.com with any questions you might have on this gun.

Isn't it a really nice Perazzi? I admire people who can maintain their guns that well.

So its made in Italy. Is it an Ithaca or a Perazzi Imported by Ithaca. Does it say anywhere on the gun "Perazzi"? Thanks for the info. Dave T.

Yes, it says Perazzi on the right side of the barrel and MAP on the receiver.

Love SXS guns and Sporting clays guns. Willing to talk trade but would love to sell outright. Have other parts available, trigger, single barrel, case.

Back in the mid- 70's , Ithaca handled the Perazzi line in the USA.
It's not a secret. When attending the Grand, just east of office in Vandalia,Ohio
Busy place in the 70's. Then for a brief time approx. 79-80 , Winchester was the US agent. I have Ithaca catologue's with Perazzi Guns included.
    It was my wish book.
    Until corrected, 71 thru 79.
    Maybe Pachmeyer before that.
