I have a Remington 1100 Custom Shop .28ga that is like new and in the box. It has been fired but has had less than a box of shells through it. It has the high grade wood that all custom shop 1100's have and has a 26 inch barrel with four Rem-chokes. The paper work was mis-placed in a recent move and I have not been able to find it. LOP is 15 inches to back of kick pad. Price $725.00.
I also have a Remington 870 Wingmaster .28ga that is also like new with the exception of one small hit on the front edge of the forearm. This gun, like the 1100 has not been shot much. It has a 25 inch fixed choke factory barrel and LOP is 14 inches to back of factory butt plate. Price $625.00
I may be interested in trades for one or both of these guns. I would be interested in an English SxS or better grade O/U 28ga. I have other firearms that I would be willing to trade for the right gun or might consider adding some cash to make the right deal work.

In the last photo of the 1100 there appears to be some horizontal light colored bands about 1" wide on the side of the stock. The wood grain runs through them. Are they in the finish?

Jim, I am not sure what you are seeing but there are no flaws in the wood or finish so the bands must be wood grain. Were the bands on the left side of the stock? Thanks for the inquiry though. Kirby Kelley

At first I didn't know what Jim meant since he said they was bands but maybe a better word would be strips.

Above is probably whta he is talking about and I can see why he thinks the way he did maybe it is a reflection or something else.

Correct Foggy. Stripes are a better descriptor. They are on the left side of the stock. They don't appear to be reflections.

Here is another view of the left side of the gun. I hope it better shows the wood in the stock. I still don't see what you guys are seeing. Kirby

Looks like a distorted reflection of a window to me.

What you are seeing is the reflection of the skylight above the gun, there is no defects in the stock. Sorry for the lousy photography. Kirby
