1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

    Damb,

I can remember when you could get them for $89 not so long ago.

Should have bought a few crates.

I like the Rusky version the best.

I believe that's about the going price for a Russian with bayonet in that nice condition. They are a very underrated rifle.

We have all been spoiled by the cheap prices those importers offered 15, 20 years ago. There were some true surplus SKSs in original worn out condition for the price similar to a factory H&K magazine.

Look at today's market, if a cheap stamp metal AK copy can bring $600, an original Russian SKS sure worth $475. I have seen some at the gun show with a stupid price tag of $599 (didn't sell).
