1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Pretty slick looking gun. Will someone tell me what puts this gun into the dynamics of recoil, hence calling it a "Dynokic"?

I'm interested in this gun, but the price is $3,000 shipped to So Cal. What is the serial no? These are really great guns, but the design limits the stock deminsions due to the recoil devise. If you are interested at $3k, contact me.

    Tom

What does that mean? the design limits the stock dimensions?

$4100 seems like a very good price actually- something I dont say much

    regards from Iowa

Gene, the recoil device extends back from the receiver into the stock. The devise is larger than the usual stock bolt. Since the stock must accomodate the device plus a stock bolt, the stock can't have much cast to it and is limited to being fairly straight. The guns are great and the recoil device really works well. Both my sons have them and wouldn't want anything else.

I thought the recoil device was the large hammer that falls - thus creating an energy source going forward

is there another device in the stock?

Yes Gene It is (as part) of the reciever and extends about 4 inches into the stock . Recoil is very mild but if you need off-set your not going to get much (any) .

The gun is closer to neutral cast . I called Jimmy at Ljutic and they did not make many with cast because of the design .

My wife has a Dynokic. Really like it and it shoots very nice. When she bought hers, we were told by Ljutic that there were only 20-25 of the Dynokic Stainless guns made. My wife has number 15S.
