1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

Barrel and rib are Krieghoff per original owner .... I do not have paperwork, but know the man and respect him.

If this is not original, there is no intent to mislead. I believe them to be factory.

That is not a factory rib- or at least I dont think so unless it is a one of a kind and they did do that

It looks exactly like an optional simmons trap rib that they did at one time

OK .... let's assume this may be an after market rib.

Are any of you interested, or are you just jaw jackin' on a post???

The gun is in excellent shape, and the pictures show the configuration of everything.

    Coot,

You've got a nice looking gun that has been presented very well, however, it is an older production model that has been modified and remanufactured. You know as well as I that ORIGINAL fetches more on the used market. I suspect that your ask of $3,000 plus shipping is what is being challenged.

If "JawJack'n" means put your money where your mouth is...I'll open the bidding at $1995 and we can all see where it goes...

Everything that you post on this site is overpriced.
You always under value other people's posts as well.

I remember you saying that my Model 94 was only worth $400, yet I sold it to a gentleman that gladly paid $1,000.

If it were your gun you would probably be asking $3500.

For anyone interested, there is bargaining room on the asking price, but I am not willing to drop $1,000 off the price.

I have been shooting both a k80 and a k32 for about 5 yrs and this looks like a pretty nice gun at a fair price. I would be interested if I didn't have enough guns. So the gun may not be all original, still you guys don't have to bad mouth the guys gun. Most used target guns sold aren't all original. Daryl.

    Coot,

    Let's get some details posted:

Do all numbers match, barrels, receiver, forearm iron?

What is LOP? DAC? Palm Swell?

    Any trigger upgrades?

    Pull or Release trigger?

    Case included in price?

What is Bore of both barrels?

    Forcing cones removed?

What kind of trades are you interested in accepting?

    Where is the gun located?

Are you offering a courtesy 3 day inspection with full refund?

Sounds like you will sell the gun between for between $2,000 and $3,000...big spread...what is your best price?

    hope this helps...

I agree with dls guide. If anything the rib adds more appeal to the gun. Its more like the K80 ST rib if you ask me. Coot, you should keep the price the same. Its a nice gun with numerous updates and at a very fair price!!

I am not dissing the gun

There is a reason that it was Matt blued- and that detracts from the value

The aftermarket rib detracts from the value

If you think this gun would have been worth 3000 without the above -- surely 2000 is what it would be worth now

    Gentlemen...

I don't think anyone is "bad mouthing" the gun...yes, it is attractive and
desireable, but it is not an original collector item. It's a re-manufactured shooter. $3,000 buys a lot of gun in today's market, but it is a starting point for negotiation.

Read his post, "For anyone interested, there is bargaining room on the asking price, but I am not willing to drop $1,000 off the price." It's not a $3,000 gun, but it certainly has value and if I like it when Coot and I get together, it just might follow me home.

Here is something else to consider Mike. The gun may be worth more by parting it out. Sell the receiver, barrel, and wood separately and make your $3k that way. I personally wouldn't come done that much on you price. These guys are knocking your gun because they are interested and want a bargain. I know the economy is bad, but you also have a nice gun for sale too. Your k32 has a lot of life left in it, so don't sell it for a Citori price. Daryl.
