    Two questions:

    What are property taxes?

Why would you leave? Sounds like paradise.

    Stokinpls,

We pay an add-on tax which is around $186.

I'm not leaving because I want to, but for family obligations.

Its about as close to paradise as I'll ever get.

    Jere,

I'm not familiar with this "add-on" tax. Do you own the lot that the (presumed) manufactured home sits on or do you lease/rent the lot?

If you lease/rent the lot, what is the current monthly rent?

By the way, I'm not interested for myself, but might be able to recommend it to someone else. Thanks.

If you can rent it out through an agent and make some money and have it pay for its self.
