1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Spent the holiday weekend in the barn getting more Myrtlewood pictures for the website. More rifles and two-piece will be shown before the end of this week. I uncovered several orphans that I'm offering to TS.comers who want to add something different and possibly unique to your wood collection. They may be orphans because they're a little short, a little thin or otherwise not quite as magnificent as our usual offerings and they are priced accordingly.

M90 is a multicolored Myrtlewood rifle blank that is shorter than normal but still adequate for a smaller caliber rifle or a shotgun application. Measuring 31.5" long, 7 3/4" tall at the butt, 3 1/4" tall at the muzzle and 2 1/8" thick it has a very subtle fine fiddleback that runs through the entire length of the blank.

At $150.00 REDUCED TO $99.00, REDUCED AGAIN TO $75.00, this would be a great blank to put on your first Myrtlewood project.

MX is a Tiger Myrtle 2-piece that has a wide-stripe Tiger Myrtle mother and who knows (maybe Zebra) for a father. A little shorter than our usual at 17.5", this blank is 8" tall at the butt, 4" tall at the receiver and 2 1/8" thick. It will host all but the most extreme tournament stock and does have a forend blank with the same broad Tiger stripe. Typical Myrtlewood shimmer in the golden base color.

For someone looking for something different, this set will sell at $250.00 and IS SOLD.

For those looking for something more traditional, here's a Franquette English Walnut blank with stunning figure and mold line patterns on one side and not quite so stunning on the other. It is 33" long, 7 3/4" tall at the butt, 2 7/8" tall at the muzzle and a full 2 1/2" thick. Ideal for either rifle or shotgun applications, there is a real possibility that a lot more figure will appear once this blank hits the duplicator.

    Not quite so stunning side.

Absolutely stunning side. A real work of art. Because of its almost Victor/Victoria personality, this one is priced at $350.00, reduced to $275.00, reduced again to $235.00.

Myrtlewood #36 is another of the very rare (yes, I used the word Rare) Chocolate Myrtle full rifles in existence. Actually a relative to the Black Myrtle color scheme, this beauty has a perfect layout with perfectly straight grain through all of the blank except the meat of the butt which shows a scalloped broken fiddleback very unique in Myrtlewood. Beautiful chocolate base colors with subtle reds showing in a couple of the color bands.

This stunner measures 36" long, 7 1/4 tall at the butt, 3 inches tall at the muzzle and 2 1/8" thick, and is priced at $495.00.

First confirmation of interest at the email above gets first dibs. Thanks to all for looking.

I'm reducing the M-90 blank to $99.00 and the English blank to $275.00 to see if I can get some of the fence sitters to fall off one way or the other. The Chocolate Myrtle Rifle will not be reduced and is, in fact, going up on the website at its true retail price - $600.00.

    MX is sold.

    Thanks for looking.

For Sunday lookers, I'm reducing M90 to $75.00 and the English blank to $235.00. This is the last reduction and I'll require some assistance with the shipping. First one at email above gets 'em.

MX showed up today. The blank is better looking in person than in the pics. Mike gave up another beauty with this one. Thanks Mike.
