Downrange is offering this deal @ the Grand, and so am I. Downrange is going to a safety orange color on their Windjammer 1 1/8 ounce replacement wads. We are closing out the existing white ones. Price is $55.00 per 5000 plus shipping. Let me know if you need any!

It is an 8 petal design. There are tons of reloading data for it.

WOODSON ENT: Why is Downrange going from "white" to "safety Orange" in their color for their Windjammer wads? I don't get the "safety" part of it. Please enlighten me. Thanks. Bob

I talked to Kevin sometime ago and he told me the the reason for the color change was to get a different color than the other brands of Windjammer wads. As far as the "safety " part is is just the name of the color. "sky" Blue "pea" green "blood" red you get the picture now.

Hey Bob I was going to tell you that the "safety" orange color is the same color as most rocks and it is guided to track the target for better scores.

IN Plain View, the info you received from gasman is correct. Nothing to do with danger, just a color switch.
