1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

For sale is a minty, original condition round socket bayonet. These were produced between 1855 to 1870 for the US Military. Made to fit 58 cal. muskets and Trapdoor
Springfields. The condition is museum quality. Original finish is polished steel, with out staining or rust. This one is stamped US and inspector marked with the letter "A". It may also stand for Amoskeg, who fabricated bayonets for the government during that period. This bayonet appears to never have been issued, but
if it was, it certainly never saw much action. This is the best one I have seen in over thirty years. Maybe one a little better at the Springfield Armory. MAYBE !!!
Price is $175. plus $10 shipping and insur. to continental 48. Thank you.
